Google has announced that their Google+ social network site is available for every one who wants to make their accounts on it.
After three months of early trial or in observation phase Google has listened and did approx 100+ changes in Google+ because in 12 weeks Google+ was available for those who receive invites from Google Company or from those who already have access of Google+ but now it is available for every one.
Now every one can visit on Google.com/+ and signup with their account details

In my opinion, Google was late in launching Google + to the public, this is due to increase loyalty of Facebook users are now in line with the increase of features with excellent quality. I think Google + will suffer the same with Google Buzz in the market of social networking sites.
