Hp TouchPad was launched by HP with their own WebOS but the now it is available to most demand-able OS Android and now you can use HP TouchPad with Android as well
Actually the porting from WebOS to Android is the Team of TouchDroid who done this awesome work by its own and its not concerned with HP and the reason is People has lack interest on on HP WebOS because two OS is very power full one is iOS and second is Android that's why HP have ported from WebOS to Android.
TouchPad is currently available with Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread on initial level and they are working on Honeycomb version as well
