As in my previous post i have shared with you Intel sandy bridge technology which was recently launched by Intel for their 2nd generation family processor cor i5 & core i7, but we found from many users who bought Sandy bridge technology there are some errors what sort of error are there.

Today i will disccuss with you some of them

Basically this is not a CPU problem, the processors are working fine only the current problem with motherboard model P67 & H67 which is the 6th Series chipset it is effected by the glitch.

But intel is not a small firm they are the giant they say themselves that they are sponsors of future and they are so they stop production and they called their all resellers and customers that they return their products to intel and intel give them a new one.


not only with this Intel will have major fina financial implications for halting shipments and replacing or repairing hardware which would cost to Intel is about $700 million.

  As earlier i posted some news and reviews about ASUS Eee slate Ep121 Windows 7 tablet which was announced at CES 2011 at Lasvagas on 3rd January now it is available on stores.

Some specifications are here it is powered with Intel 2nd generation family processor core i5 , with 2-4 GB RAM its up to you, in Harddisk you have 2 options either you choose 32 GB or 64 GB internal storage and the screen size is 12.1 inches display with full of LED Touch screen and when we talk about OS so it support both Android & Windows 7 but initially ASUS launch with OS Windows 7

 Asus Eee Slate it is also fitted with a Mini HDMI Port; 2ports of USB 2.0, 2-in-1 Card reader (SD & MMC) The battery life is not as much good as i was expecting but it is just 3-hours backup when you use it

Others Specifications it is enabled with 802.11 and bluetooth 3.0 , Web camera with 2.0 megapixel, internal speaker & mic and alsocomes with its own digital pen, in the package Folio and bluetooth keyboard is also available which is listed in Amazaon site.


The initial price with 32GB version is $999 and for 64GB version $1099 but unfortunately both models are temporarily out of stock

I just take a closer look at the razer thin ASUS U36Jc. Which is the latest ultra thing and ultra portable laptops from ASUS which is awsome. Size specifications  13.3" inches and just 0.75"inches thin, this is the thinnest laptop ASUS has ever made up till now.

How to share internet Connection Windows XP Without Wireless router/ Switches, or without any cable.  

Guys today i come up with avery good news for those who want to share internet connection with more system without Wireless router/ switches, ir without cable lets say you have a laptop that is equipped with both ethernet wired cable and in that laptop you have WIFI card enables so now you are direcly using internet with ADSL modem or any particular cable net now you want to share your internet with your brother or you want to use internet with your phone, instead of spending Rs. 2000/- to buy router you can use free or with just lowest amount.

so how you share today i will tell you step by step.

You need only 2 things:-

1. Ethernet card

2. WIFI card in your system  or if you don't have WIFI card you just buy Wifi USB from any shop with $5 or in Pakistani currency Rs. 400/- only.

 

What we have to do? First we need to setup the HOST computer. HOST means the computer that is directly connected to the Internet via ADSL modem or you can say with cable net wired and it will be the one that is sharing the Internet connection. Go to Control Panel than Network Connections, you should see a Local Area Connection and  Wireless Network Connection and a connection dailer.

Below are the steps to configure the HOST computer:
1. Right click the Local area connection which you use to connect to the Internet and select Properties. Go to Advanced tab and check “Allow other network users to connect through this computer’s Internet connection”  2. Click the drop down menu and select “Wireless Network Connection“. Click OK.

3. Go back to Network Connections, right click Wireless Network Connection and select Properties.
4. Go to Wireless Networks tab.
5. Click Advanced button, select Computer-to-computer (ad hoc) networks only, and make sure that Automatically connect to non-preferred networks is UNCHECK. Close it.

6. Click Add button and Wireless network properties Window will appear. Enter any Network name (SSID), and change Data encryption to Disabled. You can change it to WEP when everything is working fine.

7. Right click at the wireless adapter icon from system tray and select “View Available Wireless Networks“. Select the Network name (SSID) that you entered at step 6 and click Connect.

Now the Guset computer will automatically get IP address from HOST computer  because Internet connection sharing is enabled. It might take a while, so be patient. Now both the HOST and CLIENT computer can connect to Internet and also share files with each other. See, sharing Internet without wireless router wasn’t so hard now, was it?
